Our host hotel, the Royal Sonesta, is in the heart of the French Quarter.  Members attending the convention will receive a special group rate of $89.00 per night (plus tax), for double or single occupancy.

Reservations must be made by July 8th to get the group rate which is available from August 7-13, with checkout on Sunday the 14th.  If you would like to extend your stay in Jazz City, you can get the group rate extended for one or two days at the end of the convention - given on a first come basis as long as space is available.

The group rate is a European Plan, which is without meals.  Rooms are subject to applicable taxes (currently 13%) plus a $2.00 per room per night occupancy tax.
